Escape Room Live | Project Spotlight

Overview

Escape Room Live is a well-known escape game venue in Georgetown. It draws friends, families, and company teams for fast paced challenges and photo worthy wins. On M Street, first impressions matter. Guests arrive in waves and move quickly from the sidewalk to check in, then to the right studio. The space needed graphics that welcome, guide, and keep the story of the brand present at every turn.

Heritage partnered with the team to plan a clear guest path. We used their artwork and built a unified set of wall wraps, window graphics, and interior signs that work together. The goal was a bright, readable environment that feels like part of the game while supporting staff and daily operations.

Project Goals + Background

The plan focused on three needs. Make the entry easy to spot. Make each studio easy to find. Keep movement inside smooth and simple. Every choice aimed at fast wayfinding for first time visitors and a consistent look for repeat guests.

Durability and clarity were also important. Surfaces see heavy use and many group photos. Graphics needed strong color, clean type, and simple messages that can be read at a glance. We coordinated approvals with the client and installed during business hours to keep the venue on schedule. The result is a guest flow that feels natural from the street to each room.

Final Outcome

Escape Room Live now feels connected from the first glance outside to the moment a group enters a studio. Guests find the right door faster. Staff spend less time pointing and more time hosting. Brand color and type carry through the space so photos look consistent and shareable.

This project reflects teamwork, service, and a standard of excellence. Graphics do the quiet work in the background while the games take center stage, which is exactly what the venue needs on busy nights.

ServiceNow | Project Spotlight

Elevating the Event Environment

ServiceNow hosted a two-day, high-attendance program at the Charlotte Convention Center focused on putting AI to work for enterprise teams. The agenda concentrated on practical workflows, customer case studies, and hands-on sessions that connected technology leaders, partners, and practitioners.

Heritage produced and installed a coordinated mix of graphics and displays that supported guest flow from arrival to breakout rooms. The plan prioritized clear landmarks at registration, intuitive wayfinding along long corridors, and a consistent visual language that matched the profile of a national platform event.

Project Goals + Background

ServiceNow is a global cloud platform for digital workflows that unites data, AI, and processes on a single system to help organizations work more efficiently. The program in Charlotte extended that mission by convening users and partners to explore real-world applications and outcomes.

The client supplied artwork and locations. Heritage translated those files into venue-ready formats, aligned counts and sizes with room assignments, and sequenced production for an on-time install and clean removal. Throughout planning, the team referenced our Conference Graphics and Event Environments playbooks to maintain consistency across zones while coordinating Professional Installation around the convention center schedule.

Crafted Agency | Project Spotlight

Elevating a Brand-Led Workplace in Charlotte

Crafted is a Charlotte-based branding and marketing agency known for helping organizations communicate clearly and grow with intention. Their team asked us to bring that same clarity to their office—using visuals that feel purposeful, energize daily work, and connect the brand from first impression to meeting room.

The plan centered on large-format wall wraps, branded glass privacy, and clean wayfinding that tie together multiple zones. From a bold red feature area that extends onto the ceiling to quiet, light-friendly conference glass, every element was built to serve people and message.

Project Goals + Background

The brief was straightforward: create a cohesive environment that expresses Crafted’s identity without overpowering the work taking place in it. That meant clear brand moments at entries, consistent visual cues across departments, and glass treatments that protect focus while keeping daylight and openness.

Color consistency and alignment across walls, corners, and ceiling surfaces were critical. We coordinated artwork scaling and paneling to preserve sightlines, reinforce hierarchy, and make the space easy to navigate for clients and team members alike.
