Radiant Smiles Dentistry set out to create more than just a beautiful space—they envisioned an environment that would both calm and delight their patients while clearly expressing their joyful, family-centered brand. Heritage partnered with Dr. Raynald Desameau and his team to bring that vision to life with an immersive transformation of their Charlotte, NC office.

Project Goals + Background

The goal was to craft an experience that captured the imagination of children while reassuring parents with polished, professional design. Spanning three floors, the project needed to integrate thematic visuals, effective wayfinding, and bold branding without overwhelming the clinical setting. The result is a vibrant blend of functionality and inspiration—fully aligned with Radiant Smiles’ mission of joyful, compassionate care.

Process + Solutions Delivered

• Wall Wraps: Installed 23 custom wraps throughout treatment rooms, x-ray bays, open areas, and more—immersing patients in galaxy and ocean-themed environments
• Floor Graphics: Placed 16 vibrant decals in coral and galaxy hallways to enhance flow and reinforce the space’s playful identity
• Acrylic Signs: Produced 5 clear acrylic logo signs mounted with standoffs to strengthen brand presence in the reception and welcome zones
• PVC Signs: Created over a dozen custom hallway and room markers featuring themed visuals to support wayfinding
• Vinyl Lettering: Applied large wall decals and branded rear entry graphics to maintain consistency across entry points and stairwells
• Dimensional Letters: Installed 14 brushed silver “WELCOME” letters above entry points to greet guests with warmth and style
• Nameplates: Delivered 10 layered staff nameplates combining brushed ACM and PVC for a polished, professional finish
• Elevator Wraps: Wrapped the interior elevator door with a custom-branded design to complete the cohesive patient experience
