Meridian International Center | Project Spotlight

Enhancing a Global Dialogue with Effective Event Signage
Meridian International Center hosts events that bring together global leaders, policymakers, and changemakers. For one of their signature summits in Washington, DC, the Meridian team engaged Heritage to produce and implement signage that would enhance navigation, reinforce branding, and support a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
Project Goals and Background
The summit required directional and branded visuals that could be deployed quickly and removed without disruption to the venue. With a tight install window and prominent interior placement, the signs needed to be visually sharp, well-balanced, and easily understood by attendees across multiple spaces.
Heritage’s role was to manage the production, installation, and post-event removal of all signage elements, working from client-supplied design files.
Solutions + Process Delivered
SEG Counters: Two branded registration counters featuring push-in printed fabric graphics and internal shelves
Meter Boards: One single-sided welcome sign and one double-sided sponsor display, produced on foamcore with custom feet
Easel Signs: Eight foamcore signs in both single and double-sided formats for schedules, messages, and directional cues
Retractable Banners: Four Blade Lite banner stands used throughout the event footprint to reinforce key messages
Installation and Removal: Our team installed all items on-site the afternoon before the summit and returned after the event to complete a timely and efficient breakdown
Final Outcome
The result was a professional, branded environment that supported attendees throughout the venue. From registration to sponsor recognition, each piece contributed to the overall clarity and flow of the event. Heritage was proud to deliver a visual solution that matched the summit’s significance and scope.
