Transforming Berkadia’s Charlotte Office with Dimensional Branding

Heritage recently collaborated with Berkadia to enrich their Charlotte, NC workplace through a thoughtfully branded interior environment. Berkadia, a leader in commercial real estate and capital markets, sought an interior that would reinforce its values and identity while inspiring employees and visitors alike.

To meet that vision, our team produced and installed an array of branded graphics throughout the office.

Layered Graphics That Communicate Culture and Vision

The scope of work included large-scale wall wraps, acrylic dimensional lettering, and PVC quote graphics. A highlight of the installation was a bold Warren Buffett portrait paired with one of his most iconic quotes, instilling leadership and long-term vision throughout the space. Dimensional logo signage and textured wall panels further reinforced Berkadia’s brand presence, while full-length vinyl wall murals depicted familiar cityscapes and natural imagery — connecting the interior space to the communities they serve.
