Enhancing a Global Dialogue with Effective Event Signage<\/h2>\n

Meridian International Center hosts events that bring together global leaders, policymakers, and changemakers. For one of their signature summits in Washington, DC, the Meridian team engaged Heritage to produce and implement signage that would enhance navigation, reinforce branding, and support a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.<\/p>\n

The summit required directional and branded visuals that could be deployed quickly and removed without disruption to the venue. With a tight install window and prominent interior placement, the signs needed to be visually sharp, well-balanced, and easily understood by attendees across multiple spaces.<\/p>\n

Heritage\u2019s role was to manage the production, installation, and post-event removal of all signage elements, working from client-supplied design files.<\/p>\n

\nEasel Signs<\/a><\/strong>: Eight foamcore signs in both single and double-sided formats for schedules, messages, and directional cues
\nRetractable Banners<\/a><\/strong>: Four Blade Lite banner stands used throughout the event footprint to reinforce key messages
\nInstallation and Removal<\/a><\/strong>: Our team installed all items on-site the afternoon before the summit and returned after the event to complete a timely and efficient breakdown<\/p>\n
